What are bespoke fridge seals?
A bespoke gasket is a fridge or freezer seal manufactured to the exact measurements and specifications of your specific unit.
Bespoke gaskets are the ideal solution when a model number is unknown or the unit is discontinued.
What is the cost to replace a rubber fridge gasket?
Fridge door replacement costs can vary. Buying a bespoke rubber gasket from a gasket manufacturer is usually more convenient than purchasing a branded fridge seal from the original equipment manufacturer.
What is a cross-section of a rubber fridge gasket?
The cross-section refers to the profile shape of the seal when you look at it end-on, as if it were cut in half.
What bespoke fridge seals does the seal company offer?

- Flap Profiles: Versatile and reliable, Flap Profiles are perfect for a wide range of applications.
- Compression Profiles: These profiles are designed for Fridge units that have a catch to keep the door closed or for chest Fridge or Freezer units, where the lid weight helps create the seal, they provide a superior sealing performance, reducing energy loss and maintaining optimal temperatures.
- Lip Profiles: These are essentially Flap Seals with a specially designed retainer for secure fixing.
- Rubber Profiles: Durable and flexible, our Rubber Profiles ensure long-lasting performance.
- Silicone Profiles: With excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, Silicone Profiles are perfect for demanding environments such as very low temperatures right up to higher temperatures E.G Ovens and Heated Cupboards.
How long do bespoke gaskets take to be made?
Our standard delivery time for bespoke stock profiles or branded fridge and freezer seals is between 1-3 working days. For urgent orders, we strive to turn around as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours.
Delivery
We use Parcel Force and Evri couriers.
Orders will be dispatched and delivered to the UK Mainland in 1-3 working days, with most orders being turned around in 24 hours.
If you require an urgent delivery, please contact our team and we may be able to arrange a morning delivery or a Saturday delivery (May include an extra charge).
Non-stock profiles have a lead time of 7-10 working days.
We also deliver worldwide please contact us for a non-UK delivery quote. Please note that all non-UK deliveries come with transit insurance for the full value of the seals as standard.
Returns
All of our seals are made to order in our warehouse. They are all bespoke/custom-made products and therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the seal is defective. We aim to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, in the unlikely event that the seal you have ordered is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days.
Incorrect Sized Seals: If you receive an incorrect seal that does not fit your refrigeration unit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If this is found to be an error on our part we will of course swiftly send you the correct seal.
Size Alterations: If the seal you ordered is much larger than the seal you require. We may be able to accommodate a size alteration (Subject to size). Please note that there will be costs for the delivery and alterations.
All efforts are made to ensure your seal arrives in good condition but if in the unlikely event, it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We can only guarantee our seals for 30 days. They are designed and manufactured to withstand the rigors of normal use however, many factors affect the efficacy and longevity of a fridge seal, and they are outside of our control.
These include the following examples:
- Poor initial fitting of the seal
- Age of the fridge and state of the door (warped or misaligned)
- General maintenance and cleanliness of the fridge
- Care of the door/seal by its users
Make sure all your measurements are accurate. It is your responsibility to read through all the details of your order confirmation/proforma invoice to ensure it is correct. Please check your contact details, addresses, measurements, and that how you measured is correct. We allow a tolerance of +/- 5mm for all our seals.
